I also noticed that Windows Update service will run in the background for a short while despite being up to date. I'm assuming this has something to do with Windows Update? My Windows Update is up to date and TrustedInstaller.exe TiWorker.exe will start running in the background and take up 100% disk usage. I have noticed that every time I start-up Windows or even restart the PC on Windows 10 Pro the Windows Modules Installer will begin after exactly 15 minutes, every single time no exceptions!!! Ok, so here's the situation that I've got right now, perhaps I had it before but didn't pay too much attention.
